Attention:
The consumption of water, gas, electricity, heating and air conditioning are included in the price.
Children are considered numerically as adults.
Pets are welcome.
The apartments can not accommodate a higher number of people than those provided by the category of membership (including children).

General Conditions:
The reservation will be confirmed upon receipt of the required deposit of 40% of the total amount.

Midweek on request:
Specific rates are applied for stays less than one week.

Payments Notes:
The balance is due upon arrival.
A deposit of 150 euro must 'be paid on arrival and will be' returned on departure day after having checked the apartment.
If the stay were to be lower than previously agreed, as in the case of late arrival or early departure, no refund will be due.

Credit cards:
We accept major credit cards and ATMs.

For bookings made on our cancellation policies vary based on the selected tariff. Therefore, please read and check before you make a reservation.
For all deposits paid by money order or wire transfer the refund (minus 10% handling fee) only for cancellations made at least 30 days prior to the day of arrival. For cancellations received after this deadline no amount will be due.
Cancellations received more than 30 days before the day of arrival will carry no charge. In case of late cancellation within 30 days before arrival, it will be due and will be charged an amount equal to 100% of the amount shall never be less than the cost of the first three nights.
No show (no show) will be charged the amount of living. The early departure with respect to booking is to be considered in all respects as a cancellation. Such cancellation policies are mandatory and will be implemented in all conditions, including the serious illness or the mistake of booking. Therefore, please ensure the ability to meet the reservation contract when you proceed with the confirmation of the same.
